HAKI Artworks is a duo comprised of Rafael John Lagahit and Mark Alvin Mallari - both borderline creative nuts hailing from the University of the East in Caloocan with the course of AB Communication Arts. Rafael and Mark met in college and guess what? Both think the other is a good for nothing rascal of a person - weeks later they were the best of friends. They ended up enrolling in the same photography class, applied in the same company twice right after graduation, and resigned twice. This led people to believe they're in a relationship, thank goodness both have partners of the opposite orientation.

 

Their growing curiosity and passion for beyond-the-box creative multimedia arts and photography  led them to create HAKI Artworks. They are influenced by their own sense of ingenious thinking, and well, some famous photographers, including Emman Peregrin, Steve McCurry, Jay Tablante, Dino Lara, Derek Delos Santos and especially the one who really inspire them to their photography Canon Crusader of Light Jijo De Guzman . Their specialty? Shooting the very soul behind every scene, whether it be a wedding, debut, celebration, festival, conference, special events, functions and many more.
